The Ye11ow Studio Return Policy

At The Ye11ow Studio, we are committed to providing unique, handcrafted pottery made with care and attention to detail. Because each piece is individually made, our return policy is designed to ensure both your satisfaction and the integrity of our small batch process.

1. Custom Orders:

  • All custom pottery orders are final sale. We work closely with you to create personalized pieces, and once the design and materials are finalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

 

2. Ready-Made Pieces:

  • If you're not completely satisfied with a ready-made piece, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Please note that the item must be in unused, undamaged condition, and in its original packaging.

 

3. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your pottery arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to either repair, replace, or refund your purchase. Shipping fees for returning damaged items will be covered by us.

 

4. Returns & Exchanges Process:

  • To initiate a return, please email us at hello@the ye11ow.com with your order details and the reason for the return.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please securely package the item to avoid damage during return shipping.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damage or defects.

 

5. Exceptions:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been altered, used, or washed.

  • Sale items or items purchased with a discount may be subject to different return conditions.
